Three-bedroom native house

In this era of high technology and modernization where almost everything is push-button and online services, are there still people who want to live in a native house? Do you think you would want living in a native house? Kindly check this native house design and see if you want it or not.

Obviously, this house is built in the farm or in a hill where it is suited.  Well, you can also build it in the city and make it a tourist attraction if you wish.  You can do that especially if you have a big lot surrounded by bushes and flowering plants.  It will give you the mini-forest look or nature-inspired residence.

It looks sturdy and durable because its posts and foundation are made of steel and cement but its walls and the flooring are made of wood and bamboo. Its glass doors and windows are a little unnatural and not fitting to the bamboo materials though but I think this is the preference of the owner.  You can modify it if you want more suitable kind of windows and doors.

It is relaxing and cool to live in this native house especially if you make it your rest house. It is a great escape from the busy and noisy city life. So, would you like to build this one? How much do you think would it cost you to build this house? The initial budget would be around US$5,000-7,000.  Its total cost depends on how well you decorate or finish it inside. If you will just use it for your rest house, then it is OK not to furnish it completely. As long as you have the necessary amenities, that would be fine. If you will use it as your residence, you can always improve it yearly when you have savings.
