Simple And Compact One-Bedroom Small House Design

Is it impossible to live in a small house with limited space?

No, it isn’t, especially if you know how to design and maximize all the spaces in your home.

Simple, compact, and minimalist. These are just a few words that can help describe this small house for today. Whether you are looking for a smaller, more budget-friendly house or you simply want to make use of your extra lot, this open space home will surely fit your needs.

Measuring 6 by 3 meters, this small house design features an open house concept, meaning, you’ll be the one to decide on how many rooms can fit in this home. You have the authority to mix and match the rooms according to your taste.

It has all the rooms that a small family or a young adult needs. The exterior is simple, with smooth cement finish and painted with a combination of dark and light pink . It also uses the modern hip roof design with elevated floor area, making it look more contemporary.

The house is also elevated from the ground, making it ideal if you live in a location where there is flooding. There’s also a veranda in front of the house where you can take some rest or when meeting with your guests.

The only staple room in this home is the common toilet and bath.

Here’s a tip: You can make the living room connected to the kitchen and the dining hall. To save and to maximize the space, use foldable and multifunctional appliance like a sofa bed or a slim bar table which acts as a divider and a dining table too.
