Overseas Filipino Worker in Jeddah Chooses Her Engineer Lover And Left Her Husband And Five Kids

One of the reasons why an Overseas Filipino Worker is deciding to live in another country, away from his or her families, is to give the families a better life. A lot of families, especially those living in the province, choose to live in sadness and homesickness if that means that they can put food on the table and send their children to school.

However, not all Overseas Filipino Workers put their families first. Some choose their hearts — to be with people that they love — even if it means that they will commit to adultery.

Overseas Filipino Worker Chooses Lover Over Family

Recently, a heartbreaking video of Raffy Tulfo in Action is making rounds online. In the said video, the husband of the OFW, a tricycle driver from Polomolok, South Cotabato named Charlie Lozada, went to the public service show to ask help for his wife and her lover to be deported from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Charlie’s wife, Sheerlyn Gerasta, a domestic helper in Saudi Arabia, chooses her lover, an engineer named Edwin “Kimpoy” Madredio, over her husband and five children that she left in the Philippines.

During his conversation with Raffy Tulfo, Charlie revealed that his wife is sending P16,000 every month. However, P5,000 goes to her parents and they’re only left with P11,000 to budget for a month. Although he’s working, his earning as a tricycle driver is not enough to sustain the family’s needs.

Although the family can still sacrifice, even if they don’t have enough money for food, it broke the kids and the husband’s hearts to learn that the mother found a new lover in Jeddah. To make things worse, when the eldest son asked his mother to choose between them and the other man, the mother chooses her lover.

A Laughing Matter

The wife and her lover also tried to put Charlie down. They called him names, saying that he is “batugan”, opting his wife to earn money for the family.

They also laughed at him and told him that he’s “brainless” and cannot do anything to deport them.

Not The First Time

According to Charlie, this is not the first time that Sheerlyn committed adultery.

Before she took Edwin as her lover, she had two other relationships.

Due to anger and sadness for what’s happening especially to the children, Raffy Tulfo and Deputy Administrator Arnel Ignacio will do whatever they can to put the two in jail before deporting them. Raffy also challenged the Overseas Filipino Worker to go back to the Philippines as soon as possible to fix everything, before they will do any legal action.
