It is not uncommon to see Filipinos who are happily in a relationship or married to foreigners. There are a lot of success stories of Filipinos who found their happily ever afters with people with other nationalities.

However, not all people are lucky enough to find happiness with people from overseas. There are also others who experienced bad memories and even threatening stories.

This is what an Overseas Filipino Worker, May Pliquet, experienced after her relationship with a Syrian national named Ghaith Nakchabandi.

What Happened?

Ghaith Nakchabandi and his girlfriend, Melissa Jabanes, went to Raffy Tulfo in Action to report the said OFW. According to Nakchabandi, Pliquet was harrassing him and even threatening him to be deported.

However, during a phone call with Pliquet, Nakchabandi used her. Even if they went to the Philippines together, Nakchabandi used her to recruit people even in Marawi.

Pliquet also said that it was not only her who was in a relationship but there are also other people who are in a relationship with the Syrian national too. There were also women who he got impregnated.

The Real Story

When Pliquet went to the studio, she was very angry and you can feel that she is indeed telling the truth. She also said that he was used as an illegal recruiter to get people. She was very angry because all the items she is sending is being given to Jabanes.

Raffy Tulfo was also moved with the story and told Nakchabandi that he will do everything to have the foreigner deported.

Pliquet also revealed that Nakchabandi ended their relationship because he cannot get any money from her anymore.
