One of the biggest sacrifices an Overseas Filipino Worker does is to be away from the family. Although they can put food on their families’ tables and provide a better future for their family members, these OFWs cannot help but be sad and lonely, especially during special occasions.

Cannot See Their Children

The mother and sister of Grace Astrologo Nacional, an OFW in Canada, came to Raffy Tulfo in Action to ask help. The ex-husband of the OFW refuses to show the children to her family. According to Grace, her ex-husband, Alvin Nacional, told her that her children will refuse to see her again if she will go back to Canada.

During a live telecast in the show, Alvin said that he let the children spend a vacation with her in-laws. The eldest also said that she’s spending some time talking to their mother.

However, Grace pleaded for her kids to tell the truth. She is also saying that the father is brainwashing the children.

Children are Angry

Alvin also mentioned that instead of putting the pieces together, it was his in-laws who are trying to break the relationship. The child also revealed that she is a bit angry with her grandmother that is why she’s refusing to go to her grandparents.

The children also defended their father and said that their father is not telling the truth. They even pleaded with their mother to stop saying that the wrongdoings were on their father’s part.

Everything ended well. According to the show, when they talked to Grace, she mentioned that she is already talking to her children, especially during the holiday season.
