At Least 100 Factory Workers are needed in Taiwan with No Placement Fee

A large food company in Taiwan is in need of almost 100 factory workers. According to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), there is urgent hiring of the Taiwanese company I-Mei Foods Corporation.

The company needs machine operators in food processing, PLC technicians, general technicians, refrigeration and air conditioner maintenance, baker, cook, food analysis inspector, and Mason.

Workers’ wages will reach P25,000, which are higher than the basic pay of household service workers.

According to Jocelyn Sanchez, POEA deputy administrator, I-Mei Foods Corporation is a large company with food pastry restaurants. The employer’s attitude is also good.

“This company has food pastry restaurants, a huge company in Taiwan … Compared to others, it has a great salary and good accommodation and treatment of employers,” Sanchez said.

Qualifications for these jobs is simple. Applicants should at least be high school graduate and at least 1-year experience. Must be proficient in English language, physically fit with clear vision.

Hiring is Government-to-government and so there is “NO PLACEMENT FEE”. The applications will not go through recruitment agencies so it will only be through POEA.

• Detailed resume with job description
• High school diploma
• Passport with at least 1-year validity
• Birth certificate from Philippine Statistics Authority
• Copy of Taiwan ARC or NHI Card for former employees in Taiwan
• Employment certificate in the former workplace
• 2 pcs 2×2 ID picture
• POEA Certificate online PEOS
• Training Certificate on HACCP / GMP food sanitation course if available

The interview will be conducted by POEA and scheduled on April.
