Is big always better? Is a big house better than a small one?
Well, I think it all depends on the situation and some factors. For me I prefer a big house, of course! Who doesn’t want a big house, right? With it, you can have more space for your living room, more space to place your stuffs and more space for family bonding. However, if you don’t have enough budget to build or buy a big house, it’s OK to have a smaller one, the one you can afford.
For those eyeing on building a big house, take a look at the house I am featuring for you today. You might get some design ideas that you can mix and match with your own design.

What I personally like about this house is its paint. I like subdued colors when it comes to house paints so I really love the exterior paint. The combination of gray, white and light brown is perfect for me. Darker colors contrast with white and that gives a pretty appearance. If you wish to paint your house with other colors, you can do that as well. Choice colors depends on a person’s taste and outlook.
The carport is built in with the porch. Its open design gives it a more relaxing and free feeling. I also would love to have an open garage or carport rather than enclosing it with walls. The balcony looks cool and it adds market value to this house. Don’t you know that houses with balconies or terraces sell faster? Of course they do! People nowadays would love to stay outdoors and enjoy the view of the surroundings while they have coffee or just enjoy the cool breeze outside especially on a windy summer.
