Are you still looking for your dream home? If you are, the house plan for today might interest you.
This single story house is a small and compact home that uses the combination of earthy tones gray, brown, and dark gray for its exterior paint. The whole house is rectangular shaped, so in case you want to add more rooms, it’s easier and cost effective.
This modern house also uses an upstairs shed roof, thatched with metal sheets and finished with prefabricated ceiling. This type of roof does not only give the whole house a modern look, it also prevents heat.
There are several glass windows surrounding the whole house, allowing natural light and ventilation in all areas. Other than the paint finish, it also has a front wall made with glass and a balcony as the main accents in front of the house.
As you enter this single story home, the first area that you will see is the hallway, which can be used as a living or receiving area.
There are also three bedrooms across the hallway. These bedrooms may look simple, but they are spacious enough to fit a full size bed, a study area, and built in cabinets. This single story house also have two common bathrooms for the occupants to use.
The kitchen and the dining areas are located in the middle of the house. The kitchen features an L-shaped built-in counter with space for a large refrigerator, gas range, as well as built-in cabinets. From this area, you can access the back of the house with a door. The back of the house (or the service area) can be used as a washing area or a dirty kitchen.
