Just recently, an Overseas Filipino Worker voiced out his concern regarding the alleged stealing of the employees of the Clark International Airport. The viral video showed how the employees opened the luggage even though it was locked properly. Because of the viral news, President Rodrigo Duterte decided to terminate the services of MIASCOR over the luggage theft.
However, it seems that it is not the last of the alleged stealing within Clark International Airport.

Another Case of Luggage Theft
An OFW from the United States named Weljune Tuggay Ticala turned to Facebook to report the incident that happened to him last February 04. When he and his companion, Jayvee-Jhing Mapilisan arrived at the airport at around 03:40 PM from their Orlando-New York-Doha-Clark trips.
Before they landed in the country, they already checked in their luggage in Orlando. They also took some stuff with them to avoid over luggage. He used a Samsonite luggage with TLA lock which weighs 22.99 kilos and a tray luggage with two cable tie strap that weighs 22.60 kilos. He also put a “Fragile” label on the luggage since they contain alcohol.

Shocked Upon Receiving the Luggage
When they arrived at the airport and collected their pieces of luggage, they were surprised that they weigh lesser than before. The TSA security lock was nowhere to be found while the cable ties on the gray luggage cannot be found as well.
All of the items, including the pasalubongs, in the luggage, went missing. These include liquor, perfumes, caps, Victoria’s Secret underwear, jacket, bag, and even some souvenirs that their Senior Bartender asked them to bring went missing.
