If you are a small family, perhaps a three-bedroom single-storey modern bungalow is the right design for you, especially if you are still starting your family.
This is a very simple but very cozy layout of a three-bedroom house. There are two bathrooms, which means that lining up for a shower or for using the toilet is not going to be a problem. The living room is also spacious enough to accommodate not only the family members but even guests, as well.
From the porch to the main entrance, you will see the spacious living area. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and the open kitchen to maximize the whole area and make it look more spacious.
The open kitchen features a minibar and l-shaped cooking area. There is also a door from the kitchen leading to the service area, which serves as the dirty kitchen and laundry area of the house, and access to the garage in front of the house.
The Master’s Bedroom has an en-suite Master’s Bathroom. There are two other bedrooms located across from the Master’s Bedroom. All three bedrooms are complete with built-in cabinets, space for a study table or dressing area, as well as an entertainment wall.
