Budget Friendly: Tiny House Plan With Two Bedrooms

This tiny house is perfect for smaller lot areas.

This tiny house plan may look small, but it has two bedrooms with one common toilet and bath. This can fit a smaller sized lot as it has a total area of 7.5 by 12 meters.

Even if this house plan is smaller than usual, it has all the necessary areas that the family needs. You can also include a car parking, if you have a family car, and even a small garden at the front and back sides of the house.

This house plan is very efficient when it comes to space saving as it is designed for this purpose. Every space is carefully designed to so that all spaces are used and livable. It is compact in all aspects, yet does not make the occupants feel as if it is too crowded. Plus, a house plan like this is suited really well in small lots and narrow lots.

Looking at the exterior of the house, it makes use of lighter colors to make the space look bigger than it usually is. The combination of cream with yellow and gray accent colors and walls give the whole house a minimalist yet clean look to it. This house also uses a flat galvanized roofing system.

This house plan also uses sliding doors and windows, which saves space. Since there are several windows surrounding the whole house, it allows natural lighting and ventilation.

Taking a closer look at the layout, this house plan starts with the small porch before going into the living room. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are designed to be open to make more space between these three areas. These areas are also combined to help maximize the space and make it not look too crowded.

The two bedrooms are located across from the recreational area. There is a larger room, which can be used as a Master’s Bedroom and a smaller one for the other occupants of the house. The smaller room also have access to the veranda in front of the house. Both rooms can access the common bathroom located in the middle of this house plan.

Not because you have a small house does it mean that you will sacrifice on the livable space, if you have a minimalist design like this.
