I know some friends who own a three-storey house. The reason for building it is that they have a small lot and the only way to expand is to do it vertically, meaning you build more upper floors. That’s why almost all of them I know who have a three-storey house or more have a narrow and tall building and mostly were built with modern architecture. This is because they have small lot. Purchasing a lot now is very expensive especially if it is classified as a prime lot.
However, this house that I am showing you today is a contemporary three-storey house with a fancy design. By its appearance, it looks very expensive. So, let’s check it out.
The design is a combination of modern and contemporary designs. The big pillars protruding from its walls are a design from modern architecture while the roof style is mostly used by traditional and contemporary houses. The mixture of different designs makes its appearance perfect.
The garage is located on its side, which is not apparently visible on its frontage. How much do you think this house costs? Well, like we always say, its total costs depends on what kind of finishing and furnishing you want for your house. But the structure itself would cost around US$240,000.
