So this is how the facade looks like. It is a little elevated with four steps as you can see. The exterior is roughly finished which makes the total cost a little less. It has a big glass door with two matching steel windows.
The facade does not really look fancy and attractive because it is roughly finished. However, if your main purpose is to have a house you can call your own, then this is already a perfect home for you. You can improve it while you live in it and save for its improvements and furnishing.
With this design and structure, it is affordable to construct this house. With the materials used and the simple design, you can actually build it with US$20,000 or that is more or less than Php 1M. Depending on what kind of furnishing and finishing you want, you may add US$10,000 or another US$20,000 to finish it.
